Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, passwords, full tax returns, personal credit reports, or other highly sensitive information unless VSA specifically provides a secure method and requests that information.

Submission of information does not guarantee eligibility, verification, funding, approval, partner matching, access to third-party opportunities, or services.

VSA may use third-party service providers to support the operation of the VSA app and services, including providers supporting hosting, authentication, communications, email delivery, security, analytics, verification, and data management.

These providers may process information on VSA's behalf as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own applicable terms, privacy practices, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that support VSA's app, communications, hosting, authentication, security, verification, analytics, or data management
• Professional advisers when reasonably necessary
• Participating financial institutions or business-support partners when the user has provided consent or the sharing has otherwise been clearly disclosed

Where available, VSA members may also manage applicable consent and information-sharing preferences through the VSA app.

VSA is designed for business users and authorized business representatives. VSA is not directed to children under 13.

VSA is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, availability, or practices of independent third parties. Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to VSA's services, practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.
